SAN FRANCISCO, Wednesday, August 7, 2019 – The nomination period closes this Friday, August 9, 5 p.m., for the following local offices appearing on the ballot for the November 5 election: City Attorney, District Attorney, Public Defender, Sheriff, Treasurer, Board of Education, and Community College Board.
