2) PUBLIC COMMENT ON MATTERS APPEARING OR NOT APPEARING ON THE AGENDA THAT ARE WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE ELECTIONS TASK FORCE ON REDISTRICTING

Note: The Elections Task Force on Redistricting will hear public comment on each item on the agenda before or during consideration of that item. At this time members of the public may address the Commission on items that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Elections Task Force on Redistricting and that do not appear on the agenda.

3) APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF 2/19/02, 3/12/02, 3/18/02 (TASK FORCE MEETING), 3/14/02, 3/16/02, 3/19/02, 3/20/02 (TASK FORCE COMMUNITY MEETINGS), AND 3/15/02 (OUTREACH COMMITTEE MEETING). (ACTION ITEM)

4) DISCUSSION OF MOVING DISTRICT LINES IN ORDER TO ADOPT FINAL MAP FOR SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICTS. DISCUSSION TO BE BASED ON PRELIMINARY TASK FORCE MAPS 1 AND 2, ANY CHANGES TO PRELIMINARY MAPS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY TASK FORCE, MAP SUBMISSIONS BY PUBLIC, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK ON PRELIMINARY MAPS. (DISCUSSION AND ACTION, INCLUDING POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF FINAL MAP)
