Note: The Elections Task Force on Redistricting will hear public comment on each item on the agenda before or during consideration of that item. At this time members of the public may address the Commission on items that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Elections Task Force on Redistricting and that do not appear on the agenda.

3) APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF 3/21 (West Portal), 3/21 (Everett Middle School), 3/22 (Richmond), 3/23 (Marina), 3/23 (Taraval), 3/26 (Park Branch), 4/2, and 4/3 (TASK FORCE COMMUNITY MEETINGS), 3/22 (OUTREACH COMMITTEE), AND 3/25 (TASK FORCE MEETING). (ACTION ITEM)

4) PRESENTATION BY STAFF AND CONSULTANTS REGARDING BUDGETARY EXPENSES, AND DISCUSSION OF REALLOCATION OF BUDGETARY FUNDS. (DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION)

5) DISCUSSION OF MOVING DISTRICT LINES IN ORDER TO ADOPT FINAL MAP FOR SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICTS. DISCUSSION TO BE BASED ON PRELIMINARY TASK FORCE MAPS 1 AND 2, ANY CHANGES TO PRELIMINARY MAPS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY TASK FORCE, MAP SUBMISSIONS BY PUBLIC, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK ON PRELIMINARY MAPS.
