Random Alpha Drawing for State Senate District 11 and State Assembly District 19, and Selection of Official Opponent Arguments Associated with Local Ballot Measures for the November 3, 2020, Consolidated General Election

SAN FRANCISCO, Wednesday, August 12, 2020 – The Department of Elections will conduct a random alpha drawing on Thursday, August 13, at 11 a.m., to determine the order of candidates listed on the November 3, 2020 ballot for the offices of State Senator, District 11, and State Assembly, District 19.

The Department will also select the official opponent arguments for local measures appearing on the November 3, 2020 ballot, on Thursday, August 13, at 2 p.m.

The Department will stream both drawings on its website at sfelections.org/observe
