San Francisco Department of Elections Certifies September 14, 2021, California Gubernatorial Recall Election

SAN FRANCISCO, Tuesday, October 5, 2021 – Today, the San Francisco Department of Elections certified the September 14, 2021, California Gubernatorial Recall Election.
The final turnout is 67.95%, representing votes cast by 341,055 of San Francisco’s 501,919 registered voters.  

The Department’s website provides summary and detailed reports of election results of votes cast in San Francisco: sfelections.org/sept2021results.

The California Secretary of State’s website provides results reports of the cumulative votes cast in California: sos.ca.gov/elections

The Department will again post images of all voted ballot cards cast for this election in San Francisco for public review on its website alongside election results reports. The images are saved in files according to Supervisorial Districts due to their size.
