The San Francisco Department of Elections Releases Preliminary Results Report #8 and Ballot Processing Update for the June 7, 2022, Consolidated Statewide Direct Primary Election

SAN FRANCISCO, Sunday, June 12, 2022 – Today the San Francisco Department of Elections issued the eighth preliminary election results report of votes cast in the June 7, 2022, Consolidated Statewide Direct Primary Election.

Today’s report includes 5,740 votes from vote-by-mail and provisional ballots received on Election Day and processed since the previous preliminary results report that the Department issued on June 11.

The Department has nearly completed the processing of ballots for this election and will no longer process ballots or issue preliminary results reports on a daily basis.  The Department will post a notice on its website, sfelections.org, prior to issuing any additional results reports.

When releasing results, the Department also will post summary results, as well as results according to precincts, neighborhoods, and Supervisorial districts, and in multiple formats.
