SAN FRANCISCO, Friday, February 10, 2017 – The San Francisco Department of Elections has canvassed the ballots cast to elect a trustee of the San Francisco Retirement Board in an election held from January 16 through February 3 and certified the results of the election on February 7.

SAN FRANCISCO, Thursday, February 2, 2017 – To date, the Department of Elections has received approximately 15,000 ballots cast in the Retirement Board Election, which represents 24% of the total number of ballots issued. SAN FRANCISCO, Tuesday, November 22, 2016 – The San Francisco Department of Elections issued the 18^th preliminary election results report of votes cast for the November 8, 2016, Consolidated General Election. 

Today’s report includes votes tallied from approximately 163 vote-by-mail ballots, 7,833 provisional ballots, and from an approximate total of 38,857 cards.

SAN FRANCISCO, Tuesday, November 22, 2016 – The Department of Elections randomly selected precincts this morning to include in the manual counting of ballot cards associated with the 1% manual tally as required under California Elections Code section 15360(a)(b)(i); this process is among the final steps to canvassing of results of the November 8 election.
