SAN FRANCISCO, Wednesday, March 4, 2020 – The San Francisco Department of Elections must still review and then process approximately 104,000 ballots cast in the March 3, 2020, Consolidated Presidential Primary Election.

The estimated number of vote-by-mail ballots to process is 78,000.  The estimated number of provisional and conditional voter registration ballots to process is 26,000
