Voters Have a Choice in How They Receive Their Voter Information Pamphlet

SAN FRANCISCO, August 15, 2014 – San Francisco voters can choose how they wish to receive their Voter Information Pamphlet for future elections: online or by mail.

To stop mail delivery of the paper pamphlet in time for the November 4, 2014, election, voters have until Monday, September 15, to make their request. Requests received after September 15 will go into effect for the following election.

SAN FRANCISCO, June 12 – The Department of Elections has certified the final results for the June 3, 2014, Consolidated Statewide Direct Primary Election.

After concluding the official canvass of election results, the Department of Elections certified the final official vote totals for all offices and propositions that appeared on the June 3 ballot.

SAN FRANCISCO, June 9 – The nomination period closes on June 10 for candidates running for the office of Board of Supervisors, Districts 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 in the November 4, 2014, election.

Candidates must submit all nomination documents, signatures, and fees to the Department of Elections by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10 to appear on the ballot.
