Department of Elections Begins Training Poll Workers for the June 7 Presidential Primary Election

SAN FRANCISCO, Tuesday, May 3, 2016– This weekend, the Department of Elections kicked off poll worker training in preparation for the June 7 election.

The Department’s training team will conduct over 120 training classes and practice labs over the next four weeks to prepare nearly 2,300 volunteers to assist voters in every part of the voting process at 576 locations throughout the City on Election Day.
