SAN FRANCISCO, Wednesday, September 2, 2015 –The San Francisco Department of Elections will introduce new HTML and XML versions of the Voter Information Pamphlet starting with the November 3 election. Also, this election will mark the first time that the Department produces and offers the pamphlet in Filipino.
