Weekend Voting Opens at the Department of Elections in City Hall for the June 3 Election

SAN FRANCISCO, May 22, 2014 – The Department of Elections encourages all eligible San Franciscans to vote in the June 3, 2014, Consolidated Statewide Direct Primary Election. In fact, City Hall doors are now open to voters every day through June 3, except Memorial Day.

There are several easy ways to request a vote-by-mail ballot:

Poll Workers Are Needed for the June 3, 2014, Election

SAN FRANCISCO, May 8, 2014 – The Department of Elections is currently seeking poll workers for the upcoming June 3 Election.

Although the Department has already recruited over 2,500 poll workers, there is still a need for more responsible and dedicated individuals to serve as “Inspectors” — the lead poll workers at polling places on Election Day.

SAN FRANCISCO, May 2, 2014 – The San Francisco Department of Elections encourages all eligible San Franciscans to register and vote in the June 3, 2014, Consolidated Statewide Direct Primary election.

Early Voting
Beginning May 5, any voter can vote at the Department of Elections office on the ground floor of City Hall.

Weekday hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on the May 26 holiday.

SAN FRANCISCO, Tuesday, March 25, 2014 – San Francisco voters have a choice in how they wish to receive their Voter Information Pamphlet for future elections: online or by mail. To stop mail delivery of the paper pamphlet in time for the June 3, 2014 election, voters have until Monday, April 14, to make their request.
